Daniel Chadwick retired as a Missouri circuit judge at the end of 2010 after more than 16 years on the bench. Since then he has practiced in the areas of dispute resolution, estate planning, probate, and real estate. He particularly enjoys helping families achieve the peace of mind that a well-designed estate plan can provide.
Dan graduated from the University of Missouri School of Journalism in 1970 with a degree in broadcast journalism. After serving in the Peace Corps in Brazil for nearly four years and various other endeavors, he earned his law degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and has been a member of the Missouri Bar since 1980. He had a solo general practice in his hometown of Hamilton, Missouri, for ten years before becoming a judge.
Dan serves on the board of directors of the Association of Missouri Mediators and of MARCH, a statewide non-profit providing mediation services in family law matters.
